“Mum used to call me a heavy child. I never asked what she meant.”
Coming soon to iPhone
Not a journal.
A path.
21 questions on one theme, each written by a practising psychotherapist. Answer one a day, at your own pace. On Day 21, the Mirror gives you back your own words, so you can see your life from the outside.
Why a path, not a journal
Three differences, side by side.
Asks first
Waits for you to know what to write.
What do you keep putting off until you’re less tired?
Every question is written by a psychotherapist, in an order that goes deeper.
Ends on Day 21
Never ends. You keep going, or you quietly stop.
21 questions, then the Mirror. A path has a finish.
Your own words
Talk back, with advice that could be for anyone.
No advice, no labels. On Day 21, the Mirror shows how your own words connect.
How it works
One path, start to finish.
What’s on your mind?
Tiredness, desire, relationships, change, anger. Each theme is one path: 21 questions that go deeper as you move through it.
What do you keep putting off until you’re less tired?
Each one written by a practising psychotherapist, not generated. Some ask about today, some about the past, some about what’s next. Answer in your own words, any time.
Day 9 will be here when you’re back.
Days aren’t tied to the calendar. Skip one and your path waits for you. No streaks, nothing to lose.
Day 21
The Mirror
On Day 21, the Mirror reads everything you wrote and hands your own words back to you, with the threads running through them that you didn’t notice.
“I take the heavy conversations at work so nobody else has to.”
“Sunday evening again. Everything feels heavy and I can’t say why.”
One word kept coming back: heavy.
No advice, no interpretation, no diagnosis. Just your own words, seen from the outside.
04The Mirror
Built by the Odos team on top of a third‑party AI model. On Day 21 it reads all your answers and brings back your own words and the threads between them. No advice, no interpretation, no diagnosis.
Your entries are encrypted. We don’t read them, sell them or use them to train AI*. They are processed only to build your Mirror.
Good questions
Is this a journal?
No. A journal waits for you to know what to write. Odos gives you one question a day on a theme you choose, and on Day 21 shows you what you said across all of it.
Is this therapy?
No. Odos isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace it. It’s a structured way to look at your own life, in your own words. If you’re going through something serious, please reach out to a professional or a local helpline.
Who writes the questions?
A practising psychotherapist — every question, by hand. Each path is a sequence of 21 questions that go deeper as you move through the theme. A person writes the questions. AI only helps you see what you answered.
What if I skip a day?
Then the path waits. Days aren’t tied to the calendar, there are no streaks, and nothing is lost. You pick up where you left off.
What is the Mirror?
Our own AI-powered algorithm, built by the Odos team on top of a third-party AI model. On Day 21 it reads your answers and brings back your own words and the threads between them. It doesn’t advise, interpret or diagnose.
Who can read my answers?
Your entries are encrypted, and the Odos team doesn’t read them. They’re processed only to build your Mirror, and never sold or used to train AI.
When is it out?
Soon, on the App Store for iPhone. Leave your email and we’ll write once, on launch day.
Be there on Day 1.
We’ll write to you once, the day Odos is out on the App Store. Nothing else.
